This retreat focuses on the core and hips, the centre of your body and emotions. Balancing asanas will keep you present, improving attention and listening skills vital for business and everyday relationships.

The teacher and host, Mia, is a certified Yoga teacher and multifaceted artist, integrating Yoga into our fast-paced world.

The retreat includes:

  • Identifying and releasing physical and emotional tensions that obstruct the expression of your intrinsic equilibrium (using fascia balls and initial assessment)
  • Yoga poses for focus, strength, relaxation, and self-confidence
  • Unlock Your Voice: Breath and Voice Exercises for Free Expression, Intuition, and SelfTrust
  • A gentle body massage during Shavasana

Duration 👉🏽 the retreat spans two consecutive days, with 3-hour daily sessions and a break, followed by 2 online/phone consultations
