The teacher and host, Mia, is a certified Yoga teacher and multifaceted artist, integrating Yoga into our fast-paced world.
The retreat includes:
- Identifying and releasing physical and emotional tensions that obstruct the expression of your intrinsic equilibrium (using fascia balls and initial assessment)
- Yoga poses for focus, strength, relaxation, and self-confidence

- A gentle body massage during Shavasana
