Yoga sequences will be enhanced by breath and voice exercises, releasing muscle tension and clearing cloudy thoughts, making room for more of life’s joy. This retreat has a special focus on the core and hips, the center of your body and emotions. Balancing asanas will prioritise staying present and in the moment, improving attention and listening skills essential for successful business and everyday relationships. 

The retreat includes:

  • Identifying and releasing physical and emotional tensions that obstruct the expression of our intrinsic equilibrium
  • Yoga poses for focus, strength, relaxation, and self-confidence
  • One-on-one assistance during practice
  • Designing a personalised sequence for daily practice tailored to each participant‘s needs
  • A gentle body massage during Shavasana

While we often say “less is more,” at this location, more is simply more…🤭 A home library filled with books on fashion, arts, films, and music offers a cozy corner between yoga practices. A spacious terrace captures the Parisian atmosphere, where grey rooftops meet the scent of coffee, croissants 🥐, and art.
