Description

This one-on-one class focuses on emotional balance as the foundation for everything you do in life. The session is a playful combination of voice exercises, breath work, and gentle Vinyasa Yoga.

After identifying the emotional and bodily tensions that obstruct the expression of your intrinsic equilibrium, Mia, the teacher, will carefully select breath, voice, and physical exercises that directly address what limits your full potential.

    Trained in Yoga, Singing, and Performing Arts (City, University of London, ArtsED), Mia has experience working with clients experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, depression, emotional imbalances, and hormonal fluctuations related to the female menstrual cycle. Mia has a special interest in the impact of self-esteem on personal and professional relationships. Her avant-pop songs invite listeners to shed insecurities that obstruct their intrinsic equilibrium.

    This session has a special focus on the psoas muscle, the center of your body and emotions as well as your voice.

    It is suitable for all levels of self-study and physical fitness.

    The aim of the session is not only to relieve stress but also to have fun with the simple use of your senses.
